SURROGACY
In the surrogacy process, where a series of applications are made for couples who have problems in being a parent to carry their babies and become parents, the process of placing the fertilized egg in a carrier suitable for pregnancy is applied. The child born by this method carries the genetics of the egg and sperm owner completely. No genetic trait is passed on to the baby from the surrogate mother. Using eggs taken from a woman who is not suitable for pregnancy and sperm taken from a man, between the ages of 19 and 36, all analyzes have been made, having had at least one pregnancy without complications and having had a maximum of 5 vaginal deliveries and 2 cesarean sections, without any contagious disease, and psychologically fit, non-obese or anorexia-free volunteer women without chronic illness.
In this situation; Thanks to the surrogate mother, the development of the baby is caused, although the baby has different genes, it grows and develops in harmony with the surrogate mother.

LEGAL ACTIONS AND PROCEDURES IN SURROGACY
In order to fulfill the legal requirements and protect the rights of the couple applying for this procedure, our team, who are experts in surrogacy, completes the government permission procedure on behalf of the couples applying for Cyprus.
For couples applying in Georgia, it ensures that the surrogate mother and the notary authorized by the Georgian state make a contract in both Turkish and Georgian, which includes regulations that protect all the rights of the family and the baby to be born.
Thus, the baby to be born after the surrogate mother gives birth completely belongs to the couple and the surrogate mother cannot claim any rights on the baby. In addition, the birth certificate includes the name of the genetic mother as the mother and the name of the genetic father as the father.
Single men can also have this procedure done in accordance with the procedures to have a baby.
