Then, with the in vitro fertilization treatment of the biological mother, which lasts for an average of 10-12 days, the egg preparation stage is started. If you wish, you can do this treatment with your own IVF doctor in your city or with our doctor in our hospital. If you do it in your own city, our doctor carries out your follow-up online. After the preparation of the eggs is completed, the egg collection process is carried out in our hospital.
On the same day, it is fertilized in the laboratory with the sperm taken from the father-to-be and the embryos obtained are transferred to the surrogate mother. The remaining embryos are frozen and stored.
Babies born by this method carry the genetics of their parents, that is, they are the biological parents of the baby. The baby does not receive any genes from the surrogate mother. Absence of ovaries and/or sperm, poor quality of eggs and/or sperm, decrease in egg number, genetic problems etc. In some cases, egg and sperm donation can be made in addition to surrogacy. In this process, the eggs obtained from the donor by the in vitro fertilization method are fertilized with the sperm of the father-to-be and the resulting embryos are transferred to the surrogate mother at the appropriate time.
