WHAT ARE THE LAWS OF CARRIAGE MOTHERHOOD?
In many countries, including Turkey, a baby’s biological mother is considered to be its legal mother. As a result, families who go abroad to have a baby through a surrogate mother may face a complicated legal situation when they return to Turkey. The accepted way in this case is to register the baby on the birth certificate of the mother who gave birth and then to be adopted by the parents. Surrogacy is legal in several countries, and for families who want to have children, this method is applied and biological parents are registered on the birth certificate.
CYPRUS SURROGACY
Commercial surrogacy became legal in Cyprus in 2002. In the practice of surrogacy in Cyprus, qualified doctors and reasonable wages have made this country an ideal place for surrogacy. After the legislative arrangement made in Cyprus in 2018, surrogacy can be done after the approval of the Ministry of Health to your file. For this purpose, we collect your health reports with other necessary documents and make the application on your behalf.
